Are they related to challenging project deadlines at work or minor interpersonal conflicts in your daily life? Each anxiety carries specific emotions, whether it's tension, disappointment, or a sense of loss. After clarifying these aspects, calmly assess whether you can take concrete actions to address the sources of your anxiety.
