I walked 7800 paces this afternoon climbing the hill. Though the hill is only about 450 meters above the sea level. I felt so tired climbing the stairs. I used much more time than what i did so last year. I may need much more practices in order to keep healthy. It has been quite a long time that i did not use blogger.
