to loss weight without harm to health? Can we loose weight by running or jogging?
As
to the topic of loosing weight, I recommend the method of doing sports.
I
bought a treadmill three months ago and stick to run with it for the past three
months . I keep a relatively veg diet too. Too much meat is not healthy to the vascular
system. Since I am busy on weekdays and there are few time to run on the
streets. I relax by running after my night reading time. Each time I read for
about 30-40 minutes and run for 30 minutes. I lost about 2 pounds after I use
it till now. I think there is no need to buy a highly-priced treadmill since I
am not so addicted to those. I just bought a Weslo Cadence G 5.9 Treadmill

from Amazon.com. It can fold up and saves space having 6 personal trainer
workouts. It suits regular users who lives in small apartments. It is Just what
I wanted. There is really no need to go for higher priced, more complicated
treadmills for me. It is not so noisy as I have imagined. Especially enough for
jogging, I love it!
